TSF Complete Review 2023: Is TSF The Best Prop Firm for Traders?

TSF Complete Review

Welcome to the most comprehensive Traders Support Funds prop firm review you can find online! We will continue to update this page as TSF releases more features and updates its prop firm trading programs.

I have carefully examined this prop firm independently to understand its value proposition. As a result, I became one of their Affiliate partners, and I may earn a certain commission from this article. However, understand that this doesn’t affect any fee you may need to pay to join the Traders Support Funds review.

So, let’s dive into TSF complete review!

Who/What is TSF?

In the simplest terms possible, TSF, an acronym for Traders Support Fund, is a proprietary firm that gives qualified traders money to trade and share profits.

Now for a more sophisticated description, TSF is financial markets proprietary firm that provides capital for full-time traders so they can generate substantial monthly returns from their respective financial markets.

Traders Support Fund prop firm was founded in April 2021 by the Berfam Group and officially launched in February 2022.

TSF eliminates the biggest problem traders may face – capital. And this prop firm does this via three (3) funding models, Evaluation Accounts; Direct Funded Accounts; Competition Accounts. You may need to review them and identify the model that best suits you. I have also examined each of these models later in this TSF complete review article.

TSF also provides funding only to traders of the following financial markets:

  1. Forex
  2. Cryptocurrencies via Binance Futures.
  3. DERIV Synthetic.

The amount of funding you get from TSF largely depends on the financial markets you trade. With TSF, there are no restrictions on the type of instruments you can trade in each market. Whether any FX currency pairs, indices futures, cash indices, cryptocurrencies, equities, etc., TSF will provide you funding to trade them inasmuch as you pass their challenge.

You can get up to $25,000 as a crypto trader, $200,000 as a forex trader, and $25,000 as a DERIV synthetic trader.

More excitingly, TSF has its in-house brokerage, Berfam Markets. Therefore, funded traders can enjoy one of the best market conditions alongside incredibly small spreads and lower commissions.

TSF Trading Restrictions

As a trader, TSF allows you to explore all trading approaches and strategies you feel comfortable with. However, as much as they do not restrict their traders, they prioritize responsible trading and will not tolerate gamblers or gambling-like behaviors.

TSF won’t reward the following traders:

  1. Traders who generate profits by risking 100% of their drawdown limits in open trades across any instruments.
  2. Traders who risk more than 50% of their drawdown limits on open trades of the same instrument.
  3. Traders who trade without stop loss.

TSF has provided a comprehensive Trading Policy for their funded traders. You can read more about it here.

Pros of Joining Traders Support Fund

  1. TSF Prop firm offers deep liquidity pools that allow funded traders to enjoy the most minimal spreads across all financial instruments.
  2. You can also enjoy up to 20% profits right after getting funded for your hard work and skills. TSF is the only prop firm that offers this reward.
  3. TSF allows you to keep 80+% of your profits.
  4. TSF offers a 40% account balance increase every 4 months to consistently profitable traders until you reach a $5 million trading account.
  5. Funded traders have their personalized account managers.
  6. TSF has little to no trading restrictions for responsible traders.

Cons of Joining Traders Support Fund

TSF is a relatively new prop trading firm. However, despite its newness in the prop industry, it has consistently funded over 500+ traders and processed millions of dollars in payouts.

Funding Models

As I mentioned earlier, TSF offers three (3) funding models: Evaluation Accounts, Direct Deposit Accounts, and Competition Accounts.

1.      Evaluation Accounts

This funding model requires traders to complete a 2-phase evaluation with realistic profit targets to prove how good they are as a trader. Any trader who completes these phases successfully will have access to a TSF-funded account and be eligible for a 70% profit split. This profit split will continue to increase to 90%, depending on such a trader’s performance.

Summarily, this funding model involves passing 2 “examinations,” getting funded by TSF, and enjoying the possibility of an increased profit share depending on trading abilities.

2.      Direct Funded Accounts

With Direct Funded accounts, intending TSF traders can get funded and start trading immediately, skipping the 2-phase evaluation. However, these traders can only withdraw up to 2.5% of their earnings weekly from their dashboard.

While the Evaluation Account allows traders to withdraw up to 70% of their earnings, the Direct Funding Account only allows 2.5%, but traders will not need to undergo any evaluation process and immediately get funded after they register.

3.      Competition Accounts

TSF hasn’t launched this funding model yet. We’ll update this section of the TSF complete review once launched.
